Customer Service also includes solving problems for our customers when they arise, and we look forward to the opportunity to do that! It may be as simple as changing a date or quantity on a release schedule, or it may be something more product related that involves our Technical Support Group. Need a part quickly to meet a new rush requirement from your customer? We can usually have raw material available within 24 hours and be running production within 24-48 hours. Whatever the issue, know that we are ready to assist you however we can.
