Rockford Spring Company reaffirms registration to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

After a two-day internal audit, SRI Quality System Registrars unconditionally recommends Rockford Spring Company to maintain registration to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.  Several observations regarding Rockford Spring’s internal systems were made.

• The quality management system is well implemented.
• Rockford Spring has a high degree of customer satisfaction evidence.
• The building and systems are well organized with good housekeeping.
• Procedures, documents, and records are well maintained and easily retrievable.
• Rockford Spring has an extremely high level of commitment from its employees/Supervisors/Managers.
