An appliance maker was having installation problems on their assembly line.  Special tools used to install an extension spring were cumbersome and time consuming. 

Rockford Spring provided an effective solution by redesigning one hook, incorporating a finger loop.  Operators could then pull, extend, and install the spring without any special tools or lost time.
